Meet Your Practitioners
Our Team
Our private studio is warm, intentional, and welcoming to individuals and families alike. Whether you are seeking relief from physical discomfort or a space to reset, we meet you where you are with care, presence, and skill.
Dimension Bodyworks is a home studio. By keeping our space small and personal, we're able to pass those savings directly on to you. At the end of the day, what you're paying for is the work itself: focused touch and real attention to the detail of your body. We're a family-oriented practice, proud to serve our community here in Tacoma.
Christopher
Christopher has practiced massage therapy since 2012 and has held a Level One craniosacral certification since 2017.
His work is rooted in a structural understanding of the body, recognizing how each area influences the whole. He specializes in precise muscle release through a technique developed from years of hands-on experience and clinical observation, seamlessly integrating multiple modalities into a unique, sequenced approach built for lasting results.
Rather than chasing surface symptoms, Christopher identifies patterns of tension and works at their source. His sessions are focused, effective, and deeply personalized, helping the body release, reorganize, and return to a more natural state of ease. He also educates clients on stretches and exercises they can do on their own, to help the body stay aligned between sessions.
With Christopher, it’s more than a massage; it’s a journey toward understanding your body, healing, and lasting well-being.
Leah
Leah’s massage journey began in 2007, with experience in private practice, chiropractic offices, and wellness centers. Her approach is nurturing and attentive, with each session thoughtfully tailored to meet the individual needs of each client physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Leah’s approach to wellness is grounded in her faith in Jesus Christ. When welcomed, she offers prayer as part of the session, creating a space that feels peaceful, supported, and nurturing.
She is passionate about caring for women, children, and families. Her massage career led her to a deeper understanding of Lomi Lomi, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage. She primarily works with a soft tissue approach, using gentle, flowing, intentional touch that addresses myofascial restrictions, supports lymphatic movement, and encourages total body relaxation by softening the nervous system.
Her sessions focus on soothing the nervous system and guiding the body into a state of deeper regulation and ease. Leah’s approach includes somatic awareness, sound using various instruments and her voice, and intentional presence to help the body shift out of stress patterns and into a more grounded, receptive state where true rest and recovery can occur.
Together
While our approaches differ - one more structural, one more nervous-system focused - they complement each other to provide a well-rounded, thoughtful experience.
Leah is also a water educator. Water is the source, without it, we don’t live long; in a very real sense, we are walking oceans. The water that flows through us is one of the most important factors in living a long, healthful life, and decades of environmental toxins introduced through human development mean that if we don’t take care to filter what we drink, our bodies become the filter instead, whether that water comes from a municipal supply or a private well. A filter capable of removing bacteria, protozoa, parasites, and other infectious sources is one of the most important things you can have in your home.
We use Kangen Water®, a form of electrolyzed reduced water (ERW) that is filtered and retains naturally occurring minerals, to support hydration during sessions.
Through Sacred Waters Ecosystem, we also offer education for those interested in learning more about hydration and how simple shifts can support overall well-being.
Our goal is to provide a space where you can feel better in your body, more steady in your nervous system, and supported in your overall well-being.
We are honored to serve you and your family.
